1. Boost Classroom Productivity with Smart SynchronEyes Classroom Management Software
The latest software version is 7.0, and it can be used with any combination of desktop computers, wireless laptops or mobile devices. Version 7.0 has also captured the interest of corporate and military trainers around the world because it enables them to log on to their network and connect with participants using mobile devices. SynchronEyes software 7.0 is compatible with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Version 7.0 helps instructors direct the flow of information in the class because they can monitor each desktop and control all computers and learning devices. When a student is struggling, instructors can highlight key points on the student's computer screen or broadcast their own screen to the entire group. Instructors can then create a quiz to check each student's level of understanding. Additionally, instructors can refocus student's interest by locking their computers or learning devices. With SynchronEyes, students can send a message to their instructor through the chat feature and ask confidential questions. The software allows instructors to provide quick answers, saving them from moving from person to person and potentially disturbing the rest of the class. SynchronEyes 7.0 offers additional security, with 256-bit encryption (as used in online banking), which helps to keep content protected from intruders using wireless networks.

Mitsubishi's FL6900U offers a combination of 4000 lumens with full 1080p high-definition (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution for commercial venues with high ambient lighting such as sports bars, restaurants, hotel conference rooms, school auditoriums and corporate boardrooms.
The projector provides RS232 support for compatibility with third-party control systems. With remote-controlled automated horizontal and vertical lens shift, automated zoom and focus and digital keystone correction, install is a breeze. Using three robust 1.1 inch 3LCD inorganic panels that are durable and long-lasting, the FL6900U operates quietly at an approximate 29 decibel level (in low mode) so the audience can concentrate on a presentation rather than listen to a loud projector. It also provides estimated lamp life of up to 4000 hours (in low mode).
The FL6900U can create side-by-side images for enhanced video conferencing applications that include a live video feed and simultaneous presentations on the same screen, making
presentations more captivating and dynamic. Blasting 4000 ANSI lumens, the projector is also perfect for large venues where ambient light can be a factor. It offers RJ45 networking support for easy online management and control.
With a built-in motion-sensitive anti-theft alarm, Mitsubishi's FL6900U is designed to deter projector theft from public areas such as classrooms, auditoriums or other open-access conference room settings. The motion detector is built into the connector panel cover, and is set manually with a key. Once the cover is installed and the safety key removed, the projector's alarm is automatically set. If the projector is moved, a loud (estimated 120 decibels), attention-grabbing alarm will sound to deter projector thefts.
The projector also uses a menu password lock for additional security as well as a splash screen to show ownership or location.
The projector is currently available and comes with Mitsubishi's three-year limited warranty on parts and labor plus a one-year limited warranty on the original lamp.

As with previous VP Series models, these two new models are optimized for applications where multiple individual loudspeakers are required for a distributed system or where multiple loudspeakers will be configured into arrays for point-source clusters. Each system features a JBL DPC-2 DrivePack electronics module, designed in coordination with Crown Audio, JBL's Harman sister company. The compact DPC-2 DrivePack features DBT (Dual Bridge Technology) that directly links each voice coil to a discrete amplifier channel for the low frequency section improving overall efficiency.
The VP7212/95DPC is a 12-inch, 2-way full-range powered loudspeaker system. The high-frequency utilizes a 2452H-SL 1.5-inch exit compression driver with a 4-inch voice coil mounted to a 90- x 50-degree Progressive Transition (PT) waveguide. The low frequency utilizes a JBL 2262FF Differential Drive, direct cooled woofer with a 3-inch dual voice coil. The system is driven by a JBL 1750W peak (875W continuous) DPC-2 DrivePack. The VP7212/95DPC utilizes nine M10 attachment points (three top, two bottom, two each side panel) and two M6 fittings on the rear panel and incorporates an integrated 35-millimeter stand mount socket in the bottom panel of the enclosure.

The NXD-500i is the latest widescreen touch panel to join the AMX intercom-enabled family and the panel is AMX's first power over Ethernet panel, and so over a single Cat5, AMX is now providing voice, audio, video, control and power.
The small yet mighty NXD-500i will soon be installed in one of the world's biggest AV projects. The touch panel displays motion JPEG over IP, integrating a digital, full-duplex intercom for panel-to-panel communication via any other "i-Series" Modero Touch Panel and the AMX Metreau Entry Communicator.
